2 kids pretending to be grown-ups...

I have been thinking a lot lately about where we are all in life. I have been reading many posts and looking at my own and thinking who has a life that is actually the way that they planned. Some of us have unplanned children, while others cant have children or struggle to get their children. Some of us feel as though we will never get done with school (or spouses) or some cant believe that they actually were able to finish school.

You get my point...anyways I have been thinking and praying a lot and while we all know that the Lord has a plan for us, it is NEVER the plan that we had. But, looking back now and all of the twists and turns in life has truly caused me to be grateful, understanding and joyful. The twists and turns makes me appreciate what I do have now compared to what I didn't have before. And what I do have now that others just dont have. While we all hurt, beg and plead with the Lord to help us through our "tough" times he is always there and always has a "pot of gold" at the end of the rainbow. I think about who I would be if it hadn't been for my trials and life would be extremely different and I think that we can all say that.
