wow!

Yes, I know I am late on my posting...but, sometimes I just can't find the time. And then when I finally sit, I just dont want to think hard enough to compile words into sentences, then into paragraphs creating a blog. :-) Something I am sure you all understand.

This previous week has been ridiculous. I thought I was surely going to lose my mind or worse. This past week was the week before Spring Break and I had so much crap I had to get done. I had some mid-terms, a HUGE presentation, and a few essays due. And of course when it rains it pours so, I was bogged down. And poor Ryan received the wrath of stressed out me. But, he is good and understands and only got frustrated once or twice. Gotta LOVE him.

This past Friday and Saturday, Ryan and I went to my cousin Mark's wedding. It was in the Las Vegas temple and it was so beautiful. The foyer is HUGE and the floors are granite, and the sealing room was amazing. Seriously, I think it may be one of my favorites which surprises me because the exterior isnt my favorite. The reception and luncheon were in the church building next door, after the sunset the temple was lit up and we were on top of a hill, you could see the whole city it was amazing.

This is pic of Mark, Carli and my WONDERFUL grandparents from Idaho. They are getting older now and it breaks my heart they are true examples of living the gospel and making family a #1 priority.

The reception and luncheon were beautiful and I am extremely excited for Mark. He has been a great friend to me and we have had many long talks into the night talking about life and all of its many challenges. He also always gives me something to laugh about and I always know that I have a place to crash at his place. I am excited for one chapter of his life to close and for this new one to begin!

THE NEXT DAY....Ryan decided to dress up for Halloween.

Well, not really he decided to let Taffery's husband (he is the pilot in the pic) fly up to an elevation of over 3 miles and jump out of an airplane. This is a pic of Ryan and his instructor a few minutes before take off !!

And here he is in all of his glory!!

We do have a video and I have tried to post it (I tried for over 2 hours) but, I need Ryan's help. So, hopefully you guys will be able to see it soon.

And here he is back safely on the ground. Ryan said it the BEST birthday present ever and he would TOTALLY do it again.
After we left we drove straight home from Vegas and Ryan passed out in the car for 3 hours. So, yes he is definetly old, jumping out of the plane wiped out the poor old man!
