What a month...well, technically I will start with the last weekend in July. The last weekend in July we went up to Idaho (Ashton, Idaho) for the annual Schwendiman family reunion. I love going to the reunion it is always so much fun to see everyone. It is also becoming surreal because my generation has children with ages ranging from 17-6months old. I remember being the "kid" generation and now we're the adults with the children. Weird. But, oh so much fun! I didn't take hardly any pics of the reunion I was miserably ill the whole time we were there but, always glad that I went.
I was suppose to stay up in ID for a few days with Elora and spend time with grandma and great-grandma on the farm but, as mentioned previous I realllly didn't feel good so, I went home with Ryan on Sunday.
After we came home Elora began pulling herself up onto the furniture. I couldn't believe it (honestly, she'd been trying so I wasn't surprised) the dang girl was pulling herself up before crawling. Darn girl needed to crawl, not work on walking!!! The day after she began pulling herself up she finally showed us she could crawl. But, she would be extremely selective and it had to be crawling towards furniture (you know so she could stand!).
That day (Tuesday) I also called Ryan and told him he had to come home because I could barely move my stomach was not behaving and I could barely pick up Elora. Long miserable horrendous story short I ended up in the ER the next morning and spent 3 days in the hospital. Nothing to worry about though just my crohn's disease. Nothing new. However, my Mom was in ID so, my Dad and Ryan got baby duty and they did wonderful. Poor, Ryan had to be Mr. Mom and my Dad even had to babysit while Ryan took a final for school.
But, by the time I got out of the hospital Elora was a full fledged crawler, yay!!!
After I got out of the hospital my friend Ashley had flewn into town for Melissa's wedding. Needless to say, I wasn't the best host and she ended up staying at my parent's house and entertaining herself. I did get out of the hospital in time for the wedding and ended up spending a few days at my parents house so that Ryan could go to work and someone could babysit Elora and I.
After spending a few days at my parents we came home and I saw Elora had a new tooth with another one on the way. Well, that explained her fussiness that day or two before!!!
Ryan and I also placed a bid on a house here in Mesa, the bid was accepted and approved and then the seller (the bank) changed their minds!! Are you kidding me, thats just mean. They said we could have it and took it away, not very nice.
I have now been to the doctor twice since the hospital and have had a few more tests ran, and I have a follow up on Thursday. Where we will be discussing surgery or biological therapy. At this point I am leaning towards the surgery after doing my own research. But, we'll see....in the mean time I am looking forward to a quiet and hopefully not as much pain filled September :-)
In the mean time here are some random pics from our photo shoot from over a month ago. (I still haven't downloaded any pics from my own camera from the past month)

It's good to hear an update. I feel like I have been really bad about keeping in touch with you guys. Goodluck on the house hunt. We are just starting that process.

I'm sad to hear that you've been sick. That Crohn's disease is a nasty business. Good luck in deciding which option to follow. I hope that whatever you decide will allow you to feel better. Who likes feeling yucky all the time?
PS Elora is adorable and those pictures of her are so cute. It's crazy how fast they catch onto things.
